My 15 yr old daughter is too muscular for her age. She lifts heavier weights than me. How can I approach this?
My daughter used to be very unhappy with her body and in a bid to get healthier, she started turning the fat she had into muscle. That was 3 years ago when she started and now she is really muscular and very strong and she is prone to lose her temper sometimes. Last week she did and jokingly lifted up the sofa with me and my brother on it and tipped us off. She laughed it off as did we but I am really concerned she may take things too far when she is in a bad mood and do some real damage. She is strong enough to for sure. How can I carry on encouraging her to be healthy and not feel terrified by her strength and size again. Anyone else ever been in a similar situation to this?
