Okay, I'm a vegetarian and have been for about 15 years, I have a small build but feel I have some excess weight on practically every part of my body. So, does anyone know any websites with some fab exercises or tips without having a major major major diet change? Will I gain weight in muscle since I'm just trying to tone up or am I just gaining weight in fat? I'm not too concern with losing weight since I like to be bottom curvy, but I do alot of cardio to keep healthy. Should I keep going and adding more weights to be more bottom curvy?
