Specific^nth Nutrition?
My nutrition class has offered big bonus points for a complete list of EVERY vitamin, mineral, and nutrient (all the way down to each specific amino acid, protein, omega 3, cholesterol . . . . .) and the exact amount (down to milligrams or smaller if necessary) needed by the AVERAGE human body in one day. Things that need to be consumed only weekly or monthly are to be divided by 7 or 31 as appropriate. Absolutely NOTHING can be left out. "If you can't build a healthy human out of this, it's not right" as she so eloquently put it. I don't even know how many items are on this list. I've already tried the FDA website, but it's confusing and I couldn't find much useful. She doesn't care about the source, so long as it's correct. Please help me find a list of this somewhere, or tell me. Thank you.
