How many calories do you burn while lifting WEIGHTS? (NOT BODYWEIGHT!)?

I work out a lot, and I assume it must be a bunch. But as simply a question of interest, I'd like to know how much I burn (glucose out of muscles and liver, bloodstream, a little fat maybe, how much muscle tissue is actually broken down itself, etc.) per workout. the more specific the formula, the happier I get. Will it get into body types, BMI, weight, reps, amounts of sets of one exercise, each exercise in the workout… A web reference would be greatly appreciated to where I can analize this issue to my meticulous heart's desire. Thank you very much.

I know that cardio burns many more calories, but is there any way to guestimate how much you burn lifting?
