Ive been working out for 2 months, 5 times a week 1.5 - 2 hours a day. I've lost 4% body fat and 6 lbs but I have all this flabby skin covering the muscles I've built so far. Im 5'9 141lbs

ladies would you date a guy like this. an 18 yearl old male that weighs 187 pounds, well defined shoulders, back and pectoralis muscles but just alittle layer of fat on the lower stomach. I workout alot but just I have alittle flab on my lower stomach. My gf said she met a guy who plays beach volleyball, and is ripped all over so she broke up with me. do you girls care if there is alittle flab on the lower stomach. I box alot and do alot of weights used to play hockey but I can't get rid of this little bit on lower stomach. would you rather have a guy whos ripped all over would you mind a guy like my description. ive been trying..I body build but I cant seem to lose this last little 7-8 pounds off lower stomach. I feel really weird because it feels like my gf only went for looks. I need advice.

I am a 14 yr old teen.My height is 5 feet 6 inches and my weight is 57kgs.I want to get rid of the flab in my stomach and thighs.I have moderately strong upper abs,but I need help wih my lower and mid abs along with my thighs.I have started exercising 3 months ago.Which exercises can I include to get RID of the flab and not just to strengthen the abdominal muscles.I already include pushups,crunches,bicycle crunches pectoral stretch and lunges.I want to build up or rather tone up by august.Can anyone suggest a few changes in my exercise regime along with a few new exercises and techniques to build up and make my abdominal muscles visible.I can strngthen my abs muscles but I am unsuccessful at getting rid of the flab that is covering them.Please suggest a remedy for my thighs as well.I have a balanced diet and a active lifestyle.also from when I have started exercising my waistline has not got thinner but my abs are getting strengthened.Please help!!!Also suggest a dressing style for me.
