Trying to gain healthy weighty & body mass!?

Im 17 going on 18, 5 ft 9 in, and around 135 - 140 pounds. I have a slim build and I do work out. I want to increase my weight, however as I do think im too skinny. I want to gain healthy weight and body mass, obviously by gaining muscle. Anyone have any tips, particularly exercise-related ones? Anything would be really appreciated. Thanks.

Any nuerologists around?

Hi, I have this problem and I've had it for quit some time now, I'll start from the beggining. Also keep in mind that despite the symptoms I'm telling you abut today I am an average built healthy 19 year old male, caucasion if it matters…. Do not smoke, don't do drugs(but I smoked alot of pot in my younger high school days if that matters) rarely drink and only drink because it brings me some relief to my physical symptoms and I exercise regularly. All my symptoms include, mild anxiety and severe social anxiety and apathy. I have constant muscle/nerve twitches all over my body and you can see them moving, they are very rapid dont last for more than 2 minutes and usually under 1 min and I only notice them when I am at rest. These bother me very much because they happen ALL over my body ALL the time. I also have trouble urinating (this is embarassing) I can go fine and at usual intervals but when I'm done I have trouble emptying my bladder all the way. PLEASE HELP. Thanks.

What to take whey protein supplements with?

At the the moment I do not have any icecream or yoghart but still want to take a protein supplement for body building. What can I mix the whey with that will taste good. I have vanilla protein and have tried mixing it with water, apple juice, and gatorade, but it tastes bad and makes me gag
