I have been using a calculator on the internet to find out my needs for carbs, proteins, and fat everyday. This is what I came up with: I will need 3100 calories, 365g of carbohydrates, 185g of protein, and 104g of fats to build muscle.

okay I got some good muscle in my arms but I am just a lil fat around the waist but not much. what are some good things to eat to lose the fat but build it in to muscle and get bigger? and some good work out methods.
