I am about to start a strength training regimen, I currently take Taekwondo which is 90% Endurance training. I am vary slim and wanted to put on some extra muscle. I have a cross bow strength machine and am about to start working out on it daily.

Strength jumpers are the type who have do the squats, calve raises, etc. they have to build strength in order to get up. Plus when they jump or run it looks like they're stomping hard when they run or jump. Perfect Example: Dominique Wilkins an elastic jumper. Karl Malone and Shaquille O' Neal strength jumpers. How can you tell if your body is made natural to jump high and run fast without strength training. If you're an elastic jumper, stretching for flexibility and speed training is the key. What do you see improvements more in flexiblity progress and speed training or strength training?
