How to build muscle , and loose weight at the same time?

I weigh about 185 pnds of muscle , naturally , but I went on vacation and I gained 15 pnds….yeah I know I really let loose on vacations lol. but anyway , I want to loose weight now , but I dont want to loose a pound of muscle , in fact Im still trying to gain another 5 pnds of pure muscle mass. any workouts or diet plans or tips. because as a body builder I must eat 5-6 small meals a day through out the day ,so it is hard to loose the weight.

Tips to loose weight?

Okay, I'm a vegetarian and have been for about 15 years, I have a small build but feel I have some excess weight on practically every part of my body. So, does anyone know any websites with some fab exercises or tips without having a major major major diet change? I'd love to loose a lot of it before the end of August (I know thats not long but I've lost a stone in 4 weeks when going vegan for a bit). Thanks in advance, cotton-candy-pie x

I need some tips on losing weight and building muscle?

the current things that I do are eat special k cereal in the morning which is like 7 am cause of school. then my next meal is at 4 pm after school and I have a good meal that has a lot of protein. my workouts are run 3-6 miles a day and work on my muscles on my whole body basically. I need some tips on how to be better because im not happy with these results.
