Are bodybuilding supplements made by Muscletech really as good as they are made out to be?

If not, what is the best brand I can get without losing quality?

  1. As a beginner, I really want to know asap.
  2. As a beginner, you shouldn't be worrying about using supplements. Just lift heavy — and put everything you've got into your routines — and eat a clean diet, and you'll be on your way to success. The only supplements I'd recommend would be some whey protein isolate (I take mine in liquid form — Isopure Zero Carb, 40g protein per bottle) L-Glutamine, and Creatine. For the most part, the brands don't matter - many people think that the most expensive brands are always the best but this is rarely the case.
