Are protine powders dangerous?

I like body building and I used many kindes of protine supplements . but now I have pain in my right kidney , although I stopped using protine powders from about two months… is that a sign that somthing bad will happen or it will fade a way..!!?

  1. You are on an over-dose of protein! Your kidney will definately be in trouble if you continue with your high protine intake. It has become poison instead. Too much urec acid in your body can harm your kidneys and you may have a condition called gout. It's one type of arthritis. Try taking creatine instead. You can find it at health-food stores. GNC is highly recommended.
  2. CREATINE MAKES BODY-BUILDERS RETAIN WATER. KIDNEYS MAKE MINERAL STONES IF THEY DON'T PASS ENOUGH WATER THROUGH THEM. THAT PAIN IS USUALLY SO TERRIBLE THAT THE PATIENT CAN'T WALK. IF IT HURTS THAT BAD OR URINE IS TINTED RED, THEN PICK OUT YOUR FAVORITE SURGEON/HOSPITAL…
