Are supplements required in bodybuilding?

& plz Tell me some good supplements as I have a slightly muscular but bulky Body

  1. Supplements aren't required in bodybuilding by any means. They simply assist. I'm not THAT knowledgeable about supplements. I would simply recommend a good creatine and maybe a good source of a pump before workout. I recommend Nanox 9. Check it out here

    http://www.gnc.com/sm-muscletech-nanox–…

  2. Take a protein supplement and in your daily diet take only protein rich food like meat, fish, beans etc and abit of carbohaydrates only.
also supplement yourself with a good multivitamins and mineral. Off course daily workout is also an improtant factor

    Good Luck!

  3. There is a link to a free personalized vitamin and supplement profile at
( http://www.reducingstress.net ) It recommends what you should take based on a combination of your age, weight, gender exercise and eating habits.
I tried it and it was really good.
