What it promises to do is activate dormant muscle fibers, that simply cant be hit during a workout no matter how hard you train. I am very intrigued by this as I wish to tap more of my muscle building potential. However, I am weary of side effects and would like to know if there are any with this product. Any advice would be appreciated. THANKS!!!

1. the thing w/ me taking steroids is that they grow boobs lol so slow down on the stuff
2. Well I'd be hestitant to take anything from people these days. They're willing to put out just about anything on the market because they know people will buy it. Remember they just see you as a possible customer and will tell you anything to get you to use their product.

   The only thing you should be using to supplement your workouts is whey protein shakes. You might possible use creatine too, but meh I'm a little iffy on it. I don't think I would take anything that says it will activate dormant muscle that wouldn't be hit no matter how hard you train. I mean think about this… if it isn't hit that means you are not using it, or it's not meant to be used. Your bodies are a way for a reason.

   That said I wasn't able to find any negative side effects to using aplodan. However it is a newer product so side effects might not show up until 30 years down the road, like steroids eventaully did (finding out just one use can increase your chance of a stroke). If you're really wanting to try it I suppose you could, but I like to stay as natural as I can.
