Benefits of Creatine? Dr. Bob Arnot, consulting physician to Men's Journal magazine, said that creatine is…

the only bodybuilding supplement that has been consistently proven to work, and to be safe. But then he said its only benefit is that it helps you work out longer and harder, with less muscle fatigue. Workout intensity is NOT a problem for me, so would I benefit from creatine or not?

  1. You probably would not benefit;
    If you are not getting fatigue then best not to pump in chemicals you dont need;
