Best website for bodybuilding?

I really want to get into the wonderfull sport of BodyBuilding I am dedicated and I want to know the best website for bodybuilding (resting,dieting,stretching,su… I want to know all the works I am trying to get as much info as possible before I start thanks.

  1. I agree with the gentlemen that said www.bodybuilding.com. Buy a couple books as well before starting on it. One thing that you should realize is that bodybuilding is huge on these three components so you should make sure you become knowledgable in all three before becoming successful on it:
    1. training routine, schedule, methods, techniques, philosophies
    2. diet, just as important as #1
    3. supplements; not steroids, but ergogenic aids or supplements

    To other guy who say he isnt bragging:
    You are bragging to say that you have the best body out of all college and high school students in your state. I have known college bodybuilders that will make you put your shirt back on. A bodybuilders job is to make every…I mean every single muscle fiber on his body become visible…muscles that probably is not showing on you. I am not supporting bodybuilders, but I disagree with how you are putting down individuals who participates or has passion for this type of competition. Not all body builders are fake, some are actually natural bodybuilders. You said that you are weak, but you still havent proved that you are not weak. Lifting 5lbs. 1000 times is muscle endurance/stamina NOT muscular strength. Know what the difference is. I am not saying that you are not in great shape or have a good fitness level, but depending on how you train, you are stronger or weaker in areas compared to others who train a different way. You are by far no way stronger than bodybuilders in terms of brute strength, but you may have better stamina than them due to your training routine.

  2. don't do bodybuidling, do things like me, not to brag, I probally have the best body out of all high school and college students in the state.

    Do this routine, crosstraining: Soccer, golf, football, skateboarding, calistinics( lunges, crunches, pullups, non weight squats, others), bike, and crosscountry. Do all of that and there will be no need to look fake, I am sorry if that is an insult. you need tone not bulk. If you think that I am weak , can you lift a 5 lb. weight over 1000 times straight? I look the weakest dude in my school but yet I have a definite shape. Try my schedule and tell me the results, do a little of each every day. email me back at uziell3@yahoo.com in 2 weeks.
