Bob Arnot, the Dr. you see on T.V. a lot, also writes a column for Men's Journal. He said Creatine is the…

only body building supplement that is both legal, and has consistently been shown to work in study after study. But he then said the main benefit of Creatine is to allow someone to work out harder with less muscle fatigue, and that it doesn't BY ITSELF build muscle mass. So the question is - is it worth taking? I already work out pretty darned hard, am seeing solid gains. What is your understanding of the value of creatine as a supplement?

  1. Basically, creatine helps the cells in your muscles hold more water.
