Body building tips?
whatr some good ways to increase shoulder width and length as quick as possible (exersises. no supplements or things to buy just some good work outs.)
- Rocky Presses, among many others, basically a military press and a press behind the neck combined in one exercise, check out the rest of the site.
- you need to go bench press and a lot, or if u cant do that do hella pushups I mean a lot dont forget the pullups!
- Work all three sides (anterior, posterior, and lateral) with different excercises - I find dumbbell flyes and shoulder press work well together. If you want size, lift heavier weights with less reps (aim for 4-6 max reps as heavy as you can). Go for 3-5 sets of each. You might also want to work your upper back (pullups are best) and triceps, as these muscle groups will make your shoulders look bigger.
Finally, cardio will help strip some excess body fat that might be making your torso seem as wide as your shoulders. Cardio will help slim your waistline, which in turn makes your shoulders appear bigger.

- ummm…..work out at the gym! Try lifting some weights!
- push ups for at least 20 mintues , and it should be done with your legs on chair in the 45 degree angle so more pressure while doing it ..

- well, it would still take time, but to build faster, u must lift heavy on the areas u want to "build fast" doing 3 sets by 10-12 reps each muscle, 3-4 times a week, at least.
- just your basic inclined bench press, bent over rows, shrugs, side & front raises, flies, and extentions
- excises a little a day and that's all you need to do please don't take any pills
- push ups
- crunches arnt good they hurt ur back try those ab loungers they really work and dont hurt
- Get yourself a bench presser or something like that and build yourself up, I'd say 2 hours 3 times a week..
