Bodybuilding pills and height suppliment?
I am 5'7'', 18 yrs old and im taking height suppliment and it works. I wanted to know if I take body building suppliments at the same period that im taking height supplimes: do both of them work in diffrent ways (height suppliment: streching the muscles ) (and bodybuilding suppliments contrasting the muscles is it somthng like that or what ))))) AND I WANT PEOPLE WHO HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THIS TO ANSWER ONLY
- Hi. If you want good answers, you have to ask good questions.
This means that you should have described what is in your understanding "bodybuilding pills" and "height pills". I assume the first to be some kind of natural testosterone enhancers (like ZMA, tribulus terrestris, etc) and the second being some form of GH (growth hormone) stimulants.Well… If that's the case, the answer is yes, the do work in different ways. GH is the hormone responsible for growing not only in muscular terms but also bones, skin and virtually every kind of body tissue. That's why it's present in young people and decays with age a lot (up to 70% by the age of 40 I guess).
Testosterone enhancers can help you naturally (as long as they are not steroidal stuff) increasing testosterone in the blood which is responsible from repairing and building new muscle cells as a consequence of your workouts.What you call bodybuilding pills may also be amino acids, creatine pills, so many things, that is hard to explain better. Ask me for details if you want…

- IF, by height pills, you mean Human Growth Hormone, you are wasting your money … you are not going to get taller.
Body Building suppliments….that is, whey protein, creatine, etc….are all useful within reason…do not consume more than about 50 grams of weigh protein in a 4 hour period…waste of money for something that cannot be metabolized. Creatine…causes you to retain water big time, will wet muscles, that is for sure, but…at what expense? Carrying around 5-8 pounds of water is hard on the system and, if you are using sense in working out, you have plenty of recovery time without this suppliment. Do not waste money on suppliments that promise to boost testosterone levels, HGH levels…none of them do much what so ever.
Taking protein suppliments will in no way effect what you are doing, it is nothing more than having another meal. AND, if you already have a healthy diet, there is strong doubt that the suppliments do any good what so ever…If I had space, I would lay out what an 18 year old should be doing, gym wise, and what to eat, when, etc. But this is not the place.
