Do Creatine and other body building supplements show up as illegal drugs (meth, opiates, etc.) in a UA test?

  1. second guy is right. do not listen to the first post.
if its legal to buy and consume, why would it show on an illegal test?
  2. NO!!!!!!!!! If creatine was an illegal drug, then why is creatine and protien present in our own bodies naturally and in red meat. Creatine if formed in the lower back in a post-workout situation where the kidneys are located. And in case ya'll didn't know, our bodies support protien synthesis (which can be done with vitamin B2, or pyridoxine). Supplements are only to tweak your goal whether it'd be bodybuilding, powerlifting, or getting dialed and defined. Remember: supplements only supplement your nutrition, so don't live off of them! So why limit yourself to these amazing products because some "know-it-all's" think they're steroids or something? Listen to nutritionist or a trainer.
  3. YES. THE ONLY WAY TO GET RID OF DRUGS IN YOUR SYSTEM IS TO DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND SWEAT IT OUT. PEE LIKE A HORSE EVERY CHANCE YOU GET. THIS SPEEDS THE DAYS IT WOULD NORMALLY TAKE TO GET ALL TRACES OUT.
