Do I take bodybuilding supplements on non-workout days, such as protein shakes or aminos?
- definetly !
muscle protein synthesis is highest 24-48 hours after a resistance training session. your body grows when it is a rest, weight training only provides the necessary stimulus for growth..

17 years of martial arts training - I would. Especially with protein since your muscles are still repairing themselves.
- How old are you? I would take protein on non-workout days because it isn't bad for you. But don't take a lot of it. If you take about 40-50 grams a day of it, you're good. For the other sups, I wouldn't know because I don't know what you are taking.
