Food for muscle repair growth?& what do I do if I hit a plateu? PLEASEE HELP!?
if anyone with great experience with body building can give me a discriptive answer id highly appreciate it..im desperate for the answer. what can I eat right after working out and further to assist muscle growth and muscle repair? im already taking workout supplements(not creatine) but I think ive hit a plateu…now im scared because I feel like im wasting my good workout time…if someone DOES hit a plateu, how can I get out of it and start seeing more results?
- protein rich for your muscle fiber. After you workout at gym or at home in 20min after workout consume fruit or vegetable (orange, apple etc….) failing to od so makes your body consume other muscle parts in your body for the energy so if you want to keep all muscles eat snack after work
- Protien rich foods was gonna say creatin for the plateaus but you say no so protien rich foods and bannanas for the potasium and the healing effects.
- Protein is your friend!
If you've plateu-ed (is that a word?) change up the order that you're doing your workout. What I mean is, if you normally lift first and then do cardio, switch them. If you normally run, change over to swimming (or cycling). The point I'm trying to make is - change your routine. Your muscles actually have memory. Keep doing the same thing, the same way, in the same order - they don't seem to respond. Change the order or the workout & it seems like they go "hey! what the heck is happening here? I need to get it in gear!".
Good luck & be careful with any supplements that your taking.
