How to bulk up?

HI there Ive been working out for about a month now and Im not seeing much results, my girlfriend says she sees it but I dont? I work out at the gym in my apartment complex and unfortunately it doesnt have free weights (I like free weights because I usualy have the burn the next day)

  1. I usualy do about ten reps and up the weight until I cant push any more, but the next day I still dont have that burn?

  4. This can get pretty deep. But an easy way to think about this is, eat, eat, eat. You cant build something with nothing. Your body needs a constant source of energy (protien and carbs)to build muscle. Sure, your probably put on a few pounds of fat, but you will also pack on muscle. You can worry about cutting up later. The way you exercise plays a big role in how your body will react to weight training. You ever notice those people in the gym that have been lifting for years, and never change?
    Lastly, never take steroids. You will gain muscle like its cool, but the downsides of roids are much more greater than just putting on muscle. Think BIG Braddah!!!

I want to get protein shake mix, but I also want to know what can I do to build muscle (mainly upper body since im a skinny guy) without taking creotine or steroroids.. and if anyone knows some vitamins or natural supplements that would be great as well..
