I am 2o years old, so which protein supplements is useful for me in bodybuilding and where I can find it?

I want to be pro bodybuilder in 6 months be cause I have an model assignment so plz help me.

  1. depends wether you want to go natural or unnatural. If you're thinking of going for a Mr. Olympia contest, the proteins and carbohydrates alone won't do it, because those bodybuilders use steroïds and other chemical substances, all of them. These guys are considered unnatural.

    There are also natural contests but I'm not aware of any. The only thing you need to build muscle mass are carbohydrates, proteins and enough water. Carbohydrates are easily taken from your food if you have the time for it , otherwise you could take a supplement. Proteins however are a bit tougher to take from your food since fewer amounts r found in the daily nutrition and you need enough of it. Proteins r the muscle builders, carbohydrates fuel the muscle builders and water makes sure they're well spread throughout the body.

    Good quality proteins are in several kinds of meat such as chicken, veal, pork, fish, etc… (plus eggs) and certain vegetables such as soy (tofu) and rice. These proteins are of the same quality (if not, better) that you would find with a supplement.

    If you want to do it the right way, you 'd have to know how much calories and proteins you need according to your age, weight, height and job. A construction worker consumes much more calories a day than an office worker, so its important to know this. A fitness trainer can help you with the calculation….

    There r several good protein supplements, a few brands are Vitalife, Twin-lab and Performance. A sportsstore in ur neighbourhood should know where to get them…

  2. Here the regimen is very simple. If you want the natural way, eat a lot of egg whites and tofu with milk and or soya milk, these are the purest forms of complete proteins. They helped many people here in the Philippines since we believe that anything manufactured as a supplement is usually not natural. And this regimen helps since its healthy without any unusual side effects.
