I am a 26 year old lean & thin boy. I want to know that how can I gain my body.?

I keep on feeling nervous everytime, bcoz everybody laugh at me. I am not a rich person, I can't afford costly supplements. But I want to prove that I also can build my body. Plz give me some good suggestions.

  1. First do a good analysis on whether you really need to grow fatter or not. First check whether you feel less hunger or whether you have Gastro or other problems . You can start on an early morning exercise routine. That would help in increasing your urge to eat more.
    Drink more Mango and Banana Shakes . That would help you in gaining weight . Also have more Green Leafy Veggies in your diet , alongwith Apples,Bananas . Also have more almonds / Nuts . As for Non-Veg food, I don't have much idea , but try Fish if you eat them.
    If more exercising does not help, you may check with a Physician if need arises.
    Also have some sweets as they are rich in calories.
    But take care , don't overeat too much as that may be counter-productive .
  2. How talll are you and what is your weight? You could work out and build muscle tone. That would help. Make sure you eat 5 to 6 meals to get enough calories.
    I used to have your problem..then I hit age 30 then #%&^*&%$ damn metabolism changed..
  3. Start lifting weights. You need to eat a lot of the right foods. Chicken, steak, eggs, cheese, milk, veggies, fruit, whole wheat bread, etc.
  4. Hey. One word for you exercise. I too was pretty skinny earlier but the right kind of weight training has put some toned flesh on my bag of bones.
  5. Hi there. Your problem is your metabolism is hyperactive and
    for this two things will help you to put on weight within 3 months - maybe early too if you focus strongly. All you have to
    do is at breakfast eat 2 large bananas followed by two
    glass of milk sweetened with honey. Since it is summer now
    you can also add two dallops of your favourite ice-cream
    to the milk. Repeat this formula in the evening as well.
    Meantime while watching tv hold pran mudra - which is
    done by touching the tip of your thumb with your ring-finger
    and little finger (last finger) and keeping other two fingers
    straight with palms facing upward on your thighs. Do this
    with both the palms - starting with five minutes you have to
    reach a target of 45 minutes. Alternatively you can hold it
    for 15 minutes in the morning, afternoon and evening to
    cover stipulated time of 45 minutes. I am sure if you really
    have a burning desire to put on weight you will achieve this
    result within two months as well. Best of Luck.
  6. Eat balanced diet–take more vegetable, drink sufficient water ,cheese,ghee,and carbohydrate food items,If you are non veg–take red meat.egg etc—regular exercises will improve your health,Don`t think over your health.Lead a cheeful life and have a sound sleep.,
  7. if u are a non veggie, u can eat more red meat.. but take it from me, being thin is better..
