I have a very small upper body, what supplements should I take?

I am 21 years old and have a very small upper body, what supplements should I take that will help me build it up… (I have already a fitness routine at podfitness.com)

  1. I have a membership at GNC so any supplements they have I am will to try…THANKS!
  2. Just keep working out and eating plenty. Men don't hit their peak strength until they are 40-50 years old.
  3. As I see it, you've already begun the process. Keep working out. Eat lots of fruits, nuts, and vegetables (don't forget that spinach). Fish, chicken, and eggs rather than pork or other meats. Plenty of fluids (water, juice, milk, milk-shakes, etc). These natural foods have more necessary ingredients than all your artifical supplements put together.

    Junk food, of course, is a definite no-no. A good night's sleep is a must.

    Two years hence, you may not exactly be an Arnold Schwarzenegger, but you'll at least be a Stallone. Good luck!

  4. I guess I needed to add more, I dont need a speech telling me that I dont need supplements, thanks for the concerns! But I just need to know how to bulk up.
