I need good workout suplements.?
Ok, lets get straight to the point. I am a skinny kid considering that I'm at 6'3. I'm not very skinny, but skinny. 163 lbs. However, I've started lifting weights fora bout 4 months now and I've gained 13.5 lbs. My question is, is there any way to speed up my exercise results. I would like to build muscle faster. What are the best supplements for me and my type of body? I was told to drink a lot of protein and eat a lot of red meats. Is protein the only thing that can help me out, or can anyone name some supplements that they take, and have seen fast results, so that I can go out and buy them. I don't know what to buy, there's just too much to buy. I would prefer exact names of products, but it's not necessary. Thanks much!

- Drink lots of whole milk,work out drink milk,work out some more the milk is good for you and will put the protein in the tank they make a power you can buy at a health food store if you want this mix it with the milk,eat good, sleep a lot,do your work out get some help learn what you are doing.
- Whey protein is good, you may want to lay off lots of red meat, try to mix in more chicken, turkey, and egg whites. I used to use Creatine, and had a lot of success with it. I no longer take supplements however my friends swear by NO2, they say it is great for building muscle. Within 20 minutes of lifting try to eat some type of meat and carb, like noodles. Also if you are doing a lot of cardio, lay off that for a while and focus on lifting.
- I never ever do cardio, I don't want to lose weight, I want to gain weight.
- My friend hooked me up with lots of creatine and I drink it, but I kind of quit on it, I'll start drinking again.
