I want to start body building?
I am 23 have about 20 lbs to lose and want to get into compitive building. Where do I go to get all the info I need, a good food guide, multi vitamin, supplements (what?) etc. Any help is great
- The best thing is to talk to a trainer at your gym for a little coaching. You first need to make sure that you know proper form for weight training. After that, you can develop a routine where you train each bodypart once per week. Change up your workout routine every month or two. Sometimes use heavy weights and low reps (around 6), sometimes lighter weights and higher reps (10-12). Eat several small meals a day, each with protein. Lots of chicken!!! A good coach can help you out more with supplements (maybe creatine, glutamine, . . .).
Most importantly, good for you! It's rare and good to see women who are into it.
- Depending on the type of boyd building (womens) I found a in-season site that is very helpful.
http://www.figurecoach.com/figure/dietin…
Use the www.bodybuilding.com site for all other information. This is more for in-season figure competitions routines.
- Join a good gym and get a personal trainer
- http://www.bodybuilding.com
Enter the SuperSite. They have printable workouts and all sorts of other information. It's popular among serious lifters.
They also sell nutritionals, but I'm not sure about their prices.
- I came across this great product for weight loss and it was excellent for me. Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at
http://www.goinfoport.info , they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling. A must!
