Is this a good workout?
I am 18 years old, 5'9, 190 pounds, with moderate build. I am aiming at losing 20-25 pounds alongside building muscle. (and I also cut out alot of fatty foods and eating alot healthier)
- Mon: rowing; crunches
- why not try some different things, join a gym, do some fitness classes, some aqua classes. Check your diet, try eating a medium sized breakfast with a morningsnack, large lunch afternoon snak and a smaller dinner. that'll make ur metabolism slow over night.
The trick to it is keeping your workouts fun, different, enjoyable, take yourself out of your comfort zone, that way you dont lose interest. there are lots of sights that have exercises on them, look for different types of sit ups/crunches. It'll make it more exciting for you
Goodluck! - Wed: rowing; crunches
- Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.getin2it.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck! - Thurs: weight training - upper body; crunches; stationary bike
- Fri: rowing; crunches
- I'm not sure as to how long I should row or how many crunches I should do, advice is appreciated. *I am also taking whey powder to supplement my pre and post workout.
- Sat: weight training - lower body; crunches; stationary bike
- Sunday; either light workout or day off
- Tues: weight training - lower body; crunches; stationary bike
