Ive asked this question about bodybuilding a hundred times and know can answer it well?

im 15 I weigh 115 pounds and im about 5,2 with 13% body fat

  1. ok firstly I want to get to about 130 over the summer by taking protein shakes and working out will it mess me up if I take like a fat loss supplement,go in the sauna , run on the treadmails to loose that extra body fat .
  2. Check out the site below for a fitness program called P90X (Tony Horton's Power 90 Extreme). My husband and I are currently using it to lower our percent body fat and build muscle. It's a perfect program for what you want to do, but it's a 3 month program (13 weeks) instead of just 2. You will definitely see results in 2 months though, we saw results the first coupe weeks. There's a nutrition guide that tells you what to eat and how much (fat, carbs, protein, sodium, calories, etc.) and even has recipes. It's a little expensive, but talk to your parents, it's worth it. You sound like you're already in good shape, so you shouldn't have a problem passing their fitness test (you need to be able to pass this before starting the program).

    Also, all you need are some free weights or bands, a pull up bar and a yoga mat. It will whip you into shape and bulk those muscles up.
