More defined abs?

I'm 5'4 and about 130 and I just want more defined abs. I somewhat have a six-pack but its hard to see. What supplements such as protein or vitamins would you suggest. here is me what is some advice

  2. I saw on TV what those very very muscle guys do to look like that.It's very difficult.I recommend you to talk to a trainer.Without any help you won't do nothing.You can't do this on your own.You can try Tae-bo when you are at home or other kind of this stuff.
  3. Drinking hot water as appose to cold water can increase the speed of your metabolism and burn more calories.
  4. abs are for arnold!!!!
  5. first of all u dont need supplements to build ur abs at all!!! u may need to go down a few mpre in ur body fat % just a lil bit but all u need is to run and do ur ab workouts and u should be good
  6. Foods like cheese stand out as among the most fat-laden, with a great number of calories coming from fat. But as important as it is to select the healthiest foods, it is also important to consider how they are prepared.
