Need help with bodybuilding?
I'm 130 lbs BF somewhere b/w 7-10. I got creatine and multivitamins, how should I use these with my workouts and meals, and do I have enough supplements? Thanks

- You don't need supplements at all
Eat protein rich food and do your exercises ,you will be fine
For bigger and stronger muscles you can do swimming.
Ever seen their muscles?
Sky. - You shouldn't use creatine, they have developed more effective weight gain supplements. You should look into trying Cell-Tech or Nitro-Tech. Creatine will get you bigger, but you'll look kind of soft. All the weight you put on using creatine is refered to as "water weight," and if it's the "ripped and toned" look you're going for you shouldn't use creatine. It also turns you're skin red (not joking) and eventually will give you stomach and kidney problems.
If you really like the stuff, by all means use it. But I feel that there are better supplements out there. Ones that will make you look cut instead of swelled and bloated.
- you can go to the gym and run if you do the everyday and go to the gym and you will see your bodybuilding
- git rid of that crap!! just eat or take a lot of protein from meat, then EAT YOUR VEGETABLES for the amino acids or take a pill that has 19/ 20. then you'll c results better and more natural then taking that stuff.
- Stay in the weight room

Edit: Well I dont exactly eat 6 perfectly balanced meals, so thats why I bought the creatine and vitamins, and from researching creatine, it seems t o be effective…
