Other than food and protein what are the best supplements for 16 year old for bodybuilding?
ie creatine,protein,aakg,glutamin… and green tomato extract in a stack

- At 16 you should focus on your diet and not so much on supplements. Go natural until you turn 18 then decide if supplements are worthwhile. Good luck.
- At 16 your body is still growing. You should be more concerned about having a well-rounded diet than about bulking up just yet.
