  5. YES!It's possible.People think vegan/vegetarianism and bodybuilding together are an oxymoron, but they are not.I lift weights myself, but I'm not huge, and I'm still young(17).Seriously,you can get huge on a vegan diet.Look up Andreas Cahling,Alexander Dargatz,Mike mahler,or Robert Cheeke. Also I think Micheal Bluejay.Your muscle has memory so it should be easier for you. Here is a link for mike mahler

    MYTH: "Vegetarians get little protein."

FACT: Plant foods offer abundant protein. Vegetables are around 23% protein on average, beans 28%, grains 13%, and even fruit has 5.5%. For comparison, human breast milk is only 5% (designed for the time in our lives when our protein needs are as high as they'll ever be). The US Recommended Daily Allowance is 8%, and the World Health Organization recommends 4.5%.

MYTH: "Beans are a good source of protein."

FACT: There is no such thing as a special "source of protein" because all foods — even plants — have plentiful protein. You might as well say "Food is a good source of protein". In any event, beans (28%) don't average much more protein per calorie than common vegetables (23%).

  6. Greetings Mr.
Well talking about the muscular diet is tough within the segment of vegetarianism. But first and foremost I would recommend intake od protien enrich diet if you really mean it in muscular terms.

Coz protien carries the particular dosage of boosting up the metabolism thus effects in expansion of skin cavaties.

  7. Green leafy veggies and food dat contains a good amount of protiens and carbohydrates like rotis, soyabeans, milk and milk products.
