Please help me if you know about working out?

- so I need a program that will buff me up to about 130 then tone me up and I would like to reduce my body fat to about 8 % for a six pack and soccer
- sounds like a good plan for basic bulking up check out muscle and fitness magazines when they have bulking up issues and get some good exercises other then that everything else your doing looks good..

- Stay away from the fat loss supplement. You weigh less than most girls.
- look do not try to lose fat, you need fat to gain muscle. so heres what you do…
protein shakes= good.
eat alot of food, but dont over do it and make sure you work out every day.working out, do bench pressing, if you cant do your own weight then you are in a bad situation so start at the max weight you can do and every other day you go up another 5lb's until you get to the top weight you want to do.
do strength exercises for your legs too, like if you have it the um, machine that you put your shins behind and lift w/. well anyways do the same w/ that as your arms, start at as much as you can and every other day go up 5lb's.
do crunches and sit ups for your stomach.
and remember do not try to burn the fat off b/c you need that so you can turn it into muscle and if you dont have fat then you need some. or else its goingt o be extremely dificult for you to build muscle, trust me my brother is likea freak about this stuff and he has tought me everything, and my step-dad is in the air force so he has to be in shape for that too! ; ) well the best of luck to you and have fun! - ok firstly I want to get to about 130 over the summer by taking protein shakes and working out will it mess me up if I take like a fat loss supplement,go in the sauna , run on the treadmails to loose that extra body fat .

- secondly I need a two month totakl body workout I go to the gym 5 days a week I got all the time in the world im talking 2 hours +
