Supplements?

I have been taking N.O.-XPLODE for a few weeks. I have been going to the gym trying to get bigger and working hard at it. I see this does not have protein in it and that is what I need to help build muscle. I take the xplode about an hour before I go workout and was wondering do I need to be taking anything else during the day or post-workout to help my body build properly. I am thinking of getting protein bars and eating those during the day or WHEY for protein. What I am really wanting to know is what other things could I take to help me besides xplode and is that not good enough or do I need to replace that with something else that is better? And while taking that what else could I also take?

  1. 100% optimum whey protein take it after you lift and before bed. Make sure it has an amino blend in it.
