What are good exercises for gaining muscle and toning my body?

I do not want to use body building supplements. There are no nearby gyms or anything like that.

  1. Very easy but stay determined.
    3 thing's……….
    1) Proper Diet of course.
    2) Swimming
    3) Bicycling
    The combination of these and the will to maintain a schedule will not only make you feel better but look better too!
    I, myself did this for 12 years but have since been dormant on all but the proper diet (somewhat proper)………lol
