What are some things I can do to increase lifespan?

With all the knowledge we have today there's gotta be some secrets beyond the usual stuff.

  1. Screw dieting, I love food too much. Good thing is is I have very nice genetics, and am athletically built and can pretty much never put much body fat if I tried.
  2. what are you trying to say about Chinese people? psht, racists these days
  3. well if you want to eat health. you can also make sure you go out and cycle or something outside. also makeing sure you dont have alot of stress will helpout too
  4. If you just said "….dieting", why do you want special foods/Beverages then? Isn't that what dieting is all about? Yes, become a vegetarian. You can get all of the nutrients that you need, Protein, Fat, and Carbs, of course water and fiber are most certainly as important. also. N.E.W.S.T.A.R.T. is what I live by.. Nutrition, Exercise, Water, Temperance, Air, Rest, and most of all Trust in Divine Power!!!
  5. I'm still young, so I want some supplements, or certain food/beverages that will extend my life. I won't diet, but I exercise regularly so I don't think my weight will ever be a problem, I'm looking for stuff beyond the usual. Anyone know of any ancient Chinese secrets or anything?
  6. have an active life. Exercise, eat right, sleep well and be sociable. No smoking of any kind and no drunkenness.
