What bodybuilding supplements actually work?

    OK to really answer this question you have to come from 2 sides. They all work.

    1/ Un-natural

    - Safe, with a doctor monitoring you - Anabolic Steroids
    - Safe, with a doctor monitoring you - Human Growth Hormone
    - Safe, with a doctor monitoring you - Testosterone

    2/ Natural

    - Whey protein - basic building block (best one)
    - Creatine Monohydrate - a cell volumiser
    - Glutamine - replenishes amino acid stores / volumiser
    - L-Arginine - linked to natural release of growth hormone
    - Amino acids - building block

    These all work

  2. Glutamine and Creatine work the best…, I would cycle 3 weeks on and three weeks off…, take glutamine on an empty stomach or at night…, create…, put it in with your protein shake after a workout…

  4. Herbalife has a products called Aminogen which helps with the digestion of protein. You can eat allot of protein, but you have to digest those large amounts of protein.
