What bodybuilding supplements do you recomend for building size and muscles?
- I'm not sure, but if you contact Barry Bonds or Mark McGuire.
I'm sure they could help you.
Have a nice day. - I don't see why people keep asking this every day. The answer is always the same. NONE OF THEM WILL MAKE YOU BUILD MUSCLE! I weight lifted back in high school to train for the Navy SEALs physical exam and I had everything down and never once did I use anything other than energy pills to keep me from getting too lazy to exercize.
The supplements don't work, taste gross and cost a lot of money. If you're not willing to make an effort to lifting weights, there's no chance of gaining muscle.
- Whey protien is a must, you must consume at least 1gram per pound of body weight. So if you weigh 200 pounds you need 200 grams of protein per day. Maximuscle are probably the worlds best suppliers of protien drinks etc. I recommend cyclone which I have used for 3 months and have gained 1 stone of lean muscle. Cyclone has protien, creatine and many other building ingrediant. However if you are very skinny, you will need to consume a weight gainer first to gain some weight.
The good thing about maximuscle products is they mix instantly with water. (And dont make you fart).
Exercise wise, do low rep amounts of heavy weight until you have bulked up (3 sets 8 reps). Then to tone do highre reps and lower weight (4 sets 15 reps). Increase the reps every week. - just eat a lot of protein and be consistent with your excercise. the biggest problem w/ people trying to build muscle is lack of consistency. avoid simple carbs. creatine will make you gain water but muscle… is hard to say. take multivitamins too.
- The Staple three are always
1) Whey Protein
2) Multi Vitamin
3) CreatineFourth on the list would be Gluatamine
Supplements ARE NOT vital for growing, but they do make ensuring a correct muscle-building diet much easier (you need at least a gram of protein per pound of body weight for example, which is very hard to meet through a normal diet)
