What is the best/most effective bodybuilding supplement/product currently available for building muscle.?
Where can I get it? Where can I find the best prices?
- Creatine. I would also suggest taking whey protein very good for you. you can get it in almost any store Wal mart ect.

since you did not say what your goals are I will assume it getting bigger and stronger.
This may suprise everyone but creatin is not on my list of best supplements fact is it was not that good when it was on it hay day.
Ok here is my suggestion to you. First spend at least a year developing strength in the bench press, shoulder press, deadlifts, squats, and bent rows. These will do more to help you develop everlasting power than anything else. also there is some antidotal evidence that says as you lift heaver you get bigger..Suppelment wise I would go with two type of protein , Whey protein to be taken in the day and a casien to be taken before bed
Twinlabs a a multivitamin caled " dual caps" which I think is the most completed and try to take about five grams a day of each of these three glutimine, Arginine, and BCAA ( branch chain Amino Acids) if you have an issue with money get at least the whey protien and the Multivitamins.
As far as quality buy the cheapest whey you can find which is low in sugar, There is no such thing as inexpensive casine so plan to dig pretty deep in your pocket for it but the good thing is it last for about a month since it only taken before bed.
