What is the connection if any between diet, exercise and natural testosterone production in the body?
I'm not interested in the body building benefits of taking testosterone, but rather in what foods and activities increase or decrease T production in the body. Not interested in supplements
- http://pasakbumi.com/ pasak bumi also called tongkat ali or eurycoma longifolia jack makes you an animal upping testosterone levels up to 400% PROVEN. It's a natural tree root growing in India of the tongkat ali tree. You really need your testosterone otherwise you're a woman. So make that into tea and drink it and fufill your destiny. (p.s. I bought this stuff myself and it isn't a joke when you take it. If you've already got a temper I'd take it in extreme moderation unless you want to become a psycho-killer, likewise with if you already lust a lot. Don't think you can buy a cheap rip off, where they give you weak and unpotent parts of the tongkat ali root, that site gives you the best part of the root so If you're going to buy I'd get the real stuff, not ripoffs)
- working out increases testosterone. not anything crazy like arnold. but anything involving the large muslce gruops in the legs. like squating.
- The blood level of testosterone is around 420 to 800, A low level will cause loss of muscle mass, weakness, sex drive deminishes and depression.Unfortunately there is no over the counter method to aide in bringing this level up. I discovered short while ago my level is 440, which is on the low end of the norm, and although it is still in the normal range, I have experienced the signs and symptoms. If there was a food that helped the increase the blood level, I would be eating a lot of it.
- check out the testosterone advantage plan by mens health. it includes a food and exercise guide which increases your production of T and burns fat. as well as bullet proofs the immune system, I use it, its awesome, eat very, very well.
