Where is the article on this diet?
The diet consisted of mostly protein shakes for around 4 weeks. There were also a couple of supplements it recommended, as well as an eat real food day. I think it was on a bodybuilding website and I cannot remember the name of the diet to search for it. There were a lot of pages of comments on the diet, and you are supposed to cut a lot of fat while maintaining muscle mass. I keep wanting to say it was the "absolute" diet or something, but I know that isn't the right name. It was an extreme plan…does anyone know the name or have the link?
