Work out supplements?
I just started back at the gym again to build strength and tone my body. I want to get more toned and ripped, I don't really want to get huge.
- There are so many supplements on the market it is tough to determine what is best. I was hoping someone could give me some information. Thanks.
- protein powder is the only supplement I use to ensure muscle growth.

I think its all hype. A placebo of sorts. And it puts one hell of a hole in ur pocket!! 50 quid a month!!
To get results you need to cut the junk. 3 big meals a day. Healthy enough. I eat chips and pizza and all that. Not loads tho.
After like 4-5 months of hardcore dedication you can eat junk again. Maintaining is easier than getting there!!
You will feel brilliant if you stay dedicated, and proud of your new shape and definition. And the feeling of tensing up and feeling pure muscle power is worth it all. You will feel so healthy.
DEDICATION IS THE KEY!
