Would protein\body building supplement like amino 3000 or amino6000 help me put on weight without building mus

  1. Probably not, the best way to gain weight with out muscle is to gain fat. To do that, you want to eat fat. Protein builds muscle, so that isn’t going to help you.

Stick with dairy fats, heavy cream mixed with chocolate syrup. That sort of thing.

Just know that gaining fat isn’t healthy.

Why don't you want to gain muscle? Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you have a goal in mind gaining muscle would be easier.

  2. No idea.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

  3. Not really no. Those supplements are used to provide a readily available source of protein to muscles damaged during weight training sessions (bioavailability). The proein is used to build new mucle mass. Taking it without doing weight training will mean there is an excess of protein in your body. This can potentially be damaging to the kidneys, plus you'd just poo out any protein you didn't need. It would be a waste of money!
  4. well if you don't want to gain muscle than just increase your calorie intake to about 7000 calories a day that is what most bodybuilders do when they just need to gain some weight.
  5. Yes it will, if our body's take on too much protein the excess that we don't use for cell and muscle construction get turned to fat and stored on our body.

However don't do it as it is a very complex process and can put your liver under a lot of pressure which can lead to liver related illnesses. It would be much better, if you want to go the supplement route, to take something like the weight gain products which have a much smaller protein level but a very high calorie level. Calories are much easier to turn to fat for the body and doesn't put as much pressure on the body's organs. Read the back of the supplements and make sure that the protein levels are low and the calorie contents high. Protein should be less than 5 grams per serving.

After all that though the absolute best way to put extra fat on is to get it through natural foods. Avoid all the half or low fat products and go for full fat. Like cheese, some nuts, pastas etc. The body finds this much easier to process than supplements.

I hope this helps, good luck!
