WOW, what do you think about my workout?

I am 18 years old, 5'9, 190 pounds, with moderate build. I am aiming at losing 20-25 pounds alongside building muscle. (and I also cut out alot of fatty foods and eating alot healthier)

  1. Mon: rowing; crunches
  2. Thurs: weight training - upper body; crunches; stationary bike
  3. Wed: rowing; crunches
  4. does ur doctor know about it?
  5. if u have started as 3 sets with 16 rep each increase yr reps to 30 ..or simply double yr number of reps best time to increase sets is when u are able to do your routine number of sets comfortably..
    as for rowing.. dont increase the number of reps .. increase number of sets and weight .. increase it on weekly basis…
    if u want a quick result.. do 2 or three exercises alternately without break.. its gonna work quicker then.. cuz this way u dont give yr body time to cool down so 100% energy is used in yr bodybuilding instead of some % in heating up yr body.. as it takes when u take rest between exercises
  6. Tues: weight training - lower body; crunches; stationary bike
  7. Sat: weight training - lower body; crunches; stationary bike
  8. Fri: rowing; crunches
  9. Sunday; either light workout or day off
  10. I'm not sure as to how long I should row or how many crunches I should do, advice is appreciated. *I am also taking whey powder to supplement my pre and post workout.
