Any tips on how to build a cheerleader body?

What I want are some abs, and hotter legs. Plus, the strength to do some cheers, you know some flexibility to do flips. Thanks

  1. When I was cheerleader so many years ago, LOL. We all had different bodies. I was a plump girl. What some would call thick, but I was the captain. I didn't do a bunch of excercise and diet and stuff. I was able to do all the cheers, flips, splits, jumps, very flexible, and all the boys loved me. Be who you are. I was a cheeleader about 10 years ago and we usually placed in competitions even with our different shapes and sizes.
  2. I'm not a chick…but I know the hot cheerleaders at school run a few miles a day. I would recommend getting a bowflex.
  3. Work out … Join a cheer squad …
  4. strippers have great bodys too, and you can buy stripper work out tapes.
  5. run…work out…join a squad… oh so simple
  6. call dr. frankenstein and see if he has any spare parts laying around
  7. No other way then by working out and strength training
