Anyone know quick ways to build up muscle?
I have just been motivated to start doing excerises, and would like to know if you have any good tips or something to help me towards a better body
- (I have weights also)
- don't do steroids, eat alot, and lift weights. and by the way, it takes a long time to gain muscle. you can't do it quickly. don't get depressed if you don't see results for a while. keep at it and you'll get bigger.
- the best way to build muscle is doing high weight low reps and high setts on each goupe you want to work also change your workout every 6 to 8 weeks cuz the body gets used to it and eat alot of meat and take in a mass gain supplement
- steroids
- Pump the iron. Every day work at it. Stay away from steroids I have lost two friends who used it. Died of heart attacks. You just have to work hard. The bigger you want the muscles the bigger the weight. :)))
- IT all depends on which muscles, you are trying to work on?
but weights are a good start. - workout often and when you do work out, always get your body in overload. the time taken for your body to get into overload will increase each time, so you will eventually get to the peak of your fitness
- Do so weight training along with some cardio training.
- just move heavy things
why not get a job doing that and get paid for it
- Eat as much as possible and exercise to prevent getting fat , the more protien you have in your body the more can be sent to your muscles to ease the demand you are making on them .
- weight training lift as high weight as possible at low reps this will eventually become easier so up the weight if your doing loads of reps it just tones u up plus less reps means u dont get bored working out, u will get tired quicker doing more weight. eat fish pasta before workout or shortly after it helps build muscle too.
- Creatine at healthy doses, helps you alot, read the label carefully, and DO NOT over dose, that is not good for you! Make sure to drink TONS of water when taking it too. This helps When You Are LIFTING WEIGHTS ONLY, to help you build muscle.
