Body building info required?

I am into body building but need more info on different body parts

  1. can somone please tell me more about the lats and traps and where on the body they are located and also best free weight exercises for these
  2. The lats are on the sides of the back and are the muscles that spread out like "wings" when when spread your back muscles. Pull ups are, by far, the best exercise you can do to build a good "V" shape. The traps are in between your neck and shoulders and run down the upper center of your back along your spine. Most people to shoulder shrugs to work the top part and some kind of rowing exercise to work the center/lower part. You should get a bodybuilding mag to develop an appropriate routine and to see how these exercises are done properly.

    With regard to bicep growth, a routine of curls is always good (do them on the same day as back exercises). If you are going for bigger arms though, focus on your triceps. They grow much faster and much bigger than biceps. Just make sure to keep your biceps proportional.
