Building a better, hulkier body through bodybuilding?

I've read about the body archetypes, endo and such but there's a ? my mind. How do I turn myself into an endomorph, since it's alot easier to gain mass that way lean or not. Plus the added oil will make sure I don't loose muscle during accidental starvation, maybe tips un improving appetite will be good. :)

  1. Unfortunatley you cant change your body type. You can change the way it looks but some pro bodybuilders like Frank Zane are and will always be ecto but they just change their bodies with higher calories then an endo or meso. What could make it easy to gain weight to start off with is. Say today and every day I will eat 5 times. No matter what. Even if its a green bean just make yourself do it every day. Then after then once your in the groove you can actually make them full planned out meals.
    Stick with compound lifts deadlifts, squat, bench, chinups, over head presses the meat and potatoes of lifiting and you will get bigger. All thsoe guys doing bench and biceps will never get bigger then average. The guys doing compounds become beasts. Remeber that.
