Can anybody give me tips or work out to build my upper body im 15 yrs old and play soccer?
Well im build up from my legs but I need help on my upper body and how to get faster?
- Eat plenty of food and do push-ups up to 20-30 times a day or a week. Slowly, increase your number of push-ups and you'll see the difference!
- don't worry about all that shlt. just focus on important things like beating up nerds.
- Bench press and close grip incline. You want your arms huge concentrate on your triceps. They grow the quickest biceps are a longer term goal. They are harder to get takes like a half of year to notice significant results unless you are a wimp. Then you will notice them quite fast.
